We stopped by an open house and Kim was the agent. Instantly we connected and we knew we wanted her to represent us. We live in the Bay Area and we would occasionally go to see homes in Cambria. Kim was always available for us to show homes and was so welcoming and always had a warm smile. When we found our dream home she was wonderful through the process. We ended up being a victim of wire fraud during this transaction and Kim was so helpful during our ordeal. I don't know if we would have made it through this without her. She instantly gave us a list of who we needed to contact and was with us every step of the way. When I lost hope of ever getting our money back, she was our "Angel of Hope" is what I call her. We received our money back from the wire fraud and closed escrow. I would highly recommend her.
