Kim was recommended to me by my loan officer. My loan officer told me that she had previously worked with Kim in the area that I was looking to buy in and she was one of the best realtors around. She then connected us.I spoke with Kim about what I was looking for and she was very positive and responsive. She sent me listings to look at and I sent her some as well. Even when I texted her at random, late hours (11:00 PM), she was always quick to respond.
