Kimberly helped my wife and I purchase our first home using a VA loan. She met us promptly to tour homes on our first day searching, and made sure all our questions were answered in a timely manner. I appreciate that she CC'd me on relevant emails and texted me with updates during our buying process to make sure we made our closing date. She was also ready to close early at our request, and even met us at the hospital where my wife and I both work with the notary to close when our early close date did not go through due to the lending company. We feel that she advocated for us and worked on our behalf to the best of her abilities. Kimberly went up and beyond on selling my home. I had an agent before that just stuck a sign in the yard and did nothing. Kimberly went into the home and told me what needed to happen in order to sell. She took control of contractors and found the best deal and did a makeover on my home, open houses, marketed, and did not stop until the home was under contract and sold. I will use Kimberly and her team again on homes that I plan on buying and selling in the near future. Kimberly even got out there and planted flowers and kept yard up to keep the curb appeal going. Kimberly initially came off as being very helpful and responsive. We only utilized her as she listed our new home with the builder .One of Kimberlys mottos (basically stating if she didnt receive a phone call or email(from an agent not to worry and it means its a good thing) which led to our total disatisfaction . It was her lack of communication and unwillingness to thoroughly follow through with the buyers agent for : repairs, counter offers and leaseback negotiation that led to a dissatisfying closing. She didnt take any initiative and never apologized for the horrible experience we had at our closing. The option of the leaseback was poorly negotiated, And sending emails to your clients at 11:30 pm CST was highly unprofessional and done in horrible taste.

Moving from out of state is difficult enough.
