1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start your journey by looking at your credit report. Know your budget. Get pre-approved. Save the down and closing costs ahead of time. Use a trusted REALTOR to help you through the process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

If you have an older home, it may benefit you to have it pre-inspected. Interview your REALTOR and come up with a plan before going on the market. Utilize all that your REALTOR has to give as the expert for staging, marketing, etc. Relax through the process.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I am proud to work with all types of individuals and families.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I am a retired educator and have always loved looking at homes. I became interested and decided to take the plunge. I received my license Jan. 2022 and look forward to many years of assisting people with their real estate needs.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have a masters degree in Education as well as my principal's certification which assists me with leadership, organization and soft skills. I have several courses within NAR and other organizations to give me the best foundation to assist your needs.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Together, we helped a woman who recently had surgery by organizing her utility room and preparing her home for photos. By going the extra mile, the home sold within days.
