Broker/owner Kim Hill Real Estate began in Portsmouth, Ohio as Kizer Realty 64 years ago in 1954. Originally the services offered were appraisals and buyer/seller representation. In 2009 Kim Kizer-Hill acquired ownership of the company. Since then, the company has grown throughout Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. The primary business operations include representation of buyers and/or sellers in residential property transactions. Typical services for clients include contract preparation and negotiations, market valuations, aerial photography and more. Property preservation and advisory services with investors and asset managers also comprise a portion of the business operations. The company provides individualized solutions that solve unique client needs. Some of the team of 11 agents has over 20 years experience in real estate. For our buyers and sellers convenience we offer our services from two offices in Dayton, Ohio, Portsmouth, Ohio and six counties in southern and western Ohio.
