Kimberly was fantastic responding to our requests to view homes, submit offers, and answer some tough questions about the market and home ownership. She helped connect us with a loans professional who was quick to turn around our ability to take out a loan. Unfortunately, we could not take out a loan and, thus, were unable to find a home in our budget, but Kimberly was amazing at tapping the market within the several budget areas we'd initially assumed we'd qualify for.
