Wow!!! What else can we say besides... AMAZING!!!Kim listened attentively to our needs and expectations and assured us that she would have our best interest in mind from start to finish. She did a complete walkthrough of our home and gave us advice about what we should and should not do to make our house stand out above so many others. She had a step by step plan for selling our house, and she followed through with careful attention to every detail.Kim would stage our home on Sunday. Kim was right on track. She spend the time to give us a thorough market analysis and come up with the right price and methods to market our home. It sold in just four days. Throughout the process, from listing to closing, Kim was on top of everything, keeping in touch with us with updates on inspections, the appraisal and the buyers loan approval. She made arrangements for a landscaper and a roofer who were available immediately and reasonably priced. Kim always remained pleasant and always got back to us immediately. Her advice on accepting or declining an offer and on making counter-offers was appropriately aggressive. It was a pleasure to work with her and her knowledge of the local market was a real plus.
