Looking for a realtor, we wanted someone who lived close to us so they knew the area well. We are so glad we found Kim Forbes!! Upon interviewing my wife and I had a great feeling about her, and her work ethic. We chose very wisely and would do it all with Kim again. I can describe her as a person with integrity, honesty, compassion, hard working, customer service focused, and just a great person to work with. Kim sold our house for more than any other house in our community, and she sold it fast! We had an initial deal that fell through, but Kim got to work right away and sold it again in only a couple days. My wife and I are so happy we found Kim, and have both recommended her to friends & family in need of a realtor, I think that says it all right there.

Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend! Had answers for all of our questions and answered the phone whenever we called. That really means a lot when your looking for a great realtor
