Kim literally stayed up until almost midnight while we were struggling looking at the lender and loan documents, and acted as our advocate the entire step of the way! i could not recommend her more. please do yourself a favor and just talk to her. she is the most lovely human and person. she wants to genuinely wants what?s best for you, whether that be buying a home or waiting until the time is right.

Kim was fantastic. I made a huge move from MD and actually had to look at houses virtually which requires a lot of faith in your agent. She is very familiar with the area and was able to tell me which areas were good for my family and which schools were highly rated. She had so much knowledge and so many resources, helping me find flooring installed and painters. She even set me up with assistance to get my utilities turned on.
