1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Your first step is to find a trusted Realtor that offers experience and integrity. Once you find your Realtor your next step is to speak with a lender to find out how much home you can afford. Once that is completed it is time to have fun and find your dream home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It is vitally important to find a trusted Realtor that is highly experience with all the up to date marketing strategies to get your home sold for top dollar in the time frame needed. Digital and social marketing is a must in today's market. Make sure to find a Realtor that is not only experienced but also has a proven record.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have been practicing Real Estate for 26 years and have worked with buyers, sellers, investors, first time buyers, pre-foreclosure/short sale and Luxury Listings.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Helping families with the purchase or sell of their home is always rewarding. I enjoy helping sellers move to their next home and I also enjoy helping first time home buyers purchase their new home. It is a great experience to help families.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My family member was a Realtor and thought I would be a good fit, so I took a chance and studied for my exam. After passing my state exam, I have never looked back! My first experience in real estate was selling HUD Homes when the down payment was $500.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have had multiple designations and trainings throughout the years. I am a buyer specialist, sales master, and luxury listing specialist. I have also won many awards and trips for exceeding excellence in closing real estate.
