Kimberly was responsive until we signed to sell our house with her. After that she would only communicate thru text messages and sometimes we had to call Every Door and talk to someone else and explain that we were being ignored. When she was "selling" Every Door to us, she promised a lot of services. When we requested them, she said because we are paying 5% commission not 6%, the service wasn't included. We had to call her to check if there were any showings scheduled and figure out what to do in the whole process because she assumed that we knew everything and never took the time to explain it. To our surprise she told us to not talk to the appraiser man, because that could be "bad" for us. He had internet problems and stayed in the house longer than he expected. Talking to him, he told us that was trying to schedule with her on Thursday and she told him that couldn't get ahold of us. She didn't even mention that he was trying to schedule the appraisal to us. We asked her via text over that weekend on Sunday where we were on the appraisal and she said "They are supposed to get back to me on Monday". This after the guy had contacted her MULTIPLE times on Thu and Friday before.I have multiple texts from her complaining about the buyers agent, everything was his fault and the fact that his English wasn't good. She promised 1 year of warranty protection for the buyers because we didn't have time to have the handyman to come and fix things. When we were at the end of the process she mentioned that because they waived inspection she didn't think they needed that. Clearly she doesn't keep her promises, she lied to the appraiser, most of her communication was text message and short and confusing answers. We never got a call or email from her after the closing, or even a congratulations the house is sold!After this experience, we are telling everyone we know never to use Kimberly.
I had an excellent experience with Kimberly. In interviewed with several realtors before listing my home on the market. Since I was selling at the height of the 2022 inventory shortage all the agents proposed about the same strategy and list price. I chose Kimberly because she impressed me with her professionalism and the preparation she had completed in advance of our first meeting. She was clearly knowledgeable about the process and the advantages of using her brokerage and the various specific services they offer. Working with her was flawless. She adapted quickly and easily between the forms of communication I most preferred (text & call) and responded quickly and with sound advice especially when choosing between two potential buyers and the possible negotiation points. If you want a realtor that really puts in the effort and gives top notch service choose Kimberly. She is passionate and will do whatever it takes to make her clients happy!

She is thoughtful in her approach, and works incredibly hard to make things work and Kimberly takes care of her clients by being responsive, collaborative, and constantly going beyond whats expected.THE DETAILSMy wife and I interviewed a series of agents to help us sell a rather grand, rather intricate area.We chose to work with Kimberly Coulson because she presented a plan that we valued and appreciated. Her plan was unlike that of the other agents we interviewed. It put more pressure on her as an agent to find the right buyer. It took pressure off of us to stage our home and prepare for a series of open houses. And it gave us room to understand how the market might respond before setting a final price for listing.Kimberly found the right buyer through a series of private showings and continuous legwork. And he got us a wonderful price. She shepherded the deal over the line by communicating constantly with all parties and pulling in reliable resources as needed. In short, Kimberly was excellent .THE BONUSBut the story doesnt end there. We sold our home so that we could buy a family home. Because we planned to purchase directly from family, we did not involve an agent aEUR" just an attorney. For the most part, that worked fine aEUR" except when it didnt.On more than one occasion, even after wed completed our sale with Kimberly, we reached out to her for advice on how to handle a particular item related to our purchase aEUR" e.g. how to gather the right comps for the appraisal, or scheduling certain inspections. Not only did she respond, but in each case she connected us directly with the people or information we needed. Note, Kimberly wasnt making commission from our purchase. But she believes in amazing service, and backs that up each step of the way. We thank Kimberly for all of her work, and we recommend her fully.
Excellent realtor! Very professional and helpful in everything that I asked for. Very active and always very enthusiastic and cheerful. She negotiated very well and was always on time for all the appointments. She maintained great communication, was available, responsive and was an over friendly individual who sincerely cared about the small details. A pleasure to work with Kimberly, I highly recommend her.
Kimberly is hands down the most impressive realtor I've met. She's deeply knowledgeable of her role, the industry, the local market, what works and what does not. She's the most diligent to follow up on anything on the to-do's list, and she's impeccably professional in her treatment and approach. Kimberly definitely knows the market and has wonderful communication and negotiation skills aEUR" top notch! We were out of town during much of the process to sell our home, and Kimberly gave us great peace of mind as she took care of whatever needed to be done and kept an eye on our home before closing (even during snowy road conditions!). She kept us updated every step of the way, answered our questions quickly and provided guidance as needed. Her customer service and real estate knowledge is excellent. Kimberly sold my home off market and I am beyond happy with the entire process.She is an amazing listener, intuitive about her client's needs, assertive without being pushy, always quick to respond, and has great recommendations and connections. I have felt supported and comfortable throughout this entire process, even though the housing market is crazy and intimidating. Highly recommend working with her for anyone who is looking to sell a home - you need a realtor who will act fast and get all the intel for you to get ahead of all the others.
Kimberly is a can do person. No matter the obstacle she has an effective answer. Personable and easy to work with, she guided us through a difficult process, with a minimum of hardships. Even after we left the state, she continued to perform exceptionally. During the pandemic we were not having a positive time selling our condo. After a year, we decided a new approach with a different agent that could get our place in front of the greatest audience quickly.
