I literally stumbled onto Kimberly when I was looking for more information on another condo. She has far exceeded all of my expectations and I'd like to tell you why that is.-She was very responsive and quick to either return phone calls or texts. I'm currently working in California and it is 3 hours later in Florida. The time difference didn't seem to matter. I called and she responded even when it was later in the evening or on the weekend. -Kimberly looked after my best interest and was able to negotiate not only the offer price I made on the condo but certain repairs that the assessment had turned up that needed fixing.
