I am a first home buyer and I was hoping my first experience with a realtor would be a pleasant one! I was told that Kim would be giving me a phone call that I never received. I never heard anything at all after I told her what my schedule would be. This is AFTER I told her we were very interested in buying a home. After not hearing from her, I had no interest in looking at the house or going through Zillow again.

I cant say enough good things about Kim..but Ill try! We had tried to sell our house through someone else and had only 2 showings in 6 months. Kim had our house sold in about a month. She was always prompt in answering any questions we had and was always there for us. We had a family tragedy right after we had put the house on the market and Kim was very understanding and helped us any way she could. She became a friend and not just our realtor, we love her and would highly suggest you use her..you would not be disappointed!!!!!
