We were out of state buyers from California and Kim did all the footwork necessary to purchase several properties in the Knoxville area. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and is very honest. I was a out of state buyer. Kim coordinated between the seller my mortgage broker all my inspection agents that she recommended to me. I was able to close on my property in a month. Kim was very efficient and communicated clearly so that mistakes were avoided. I was very pleased with her work.
