About Kimberlie MacDonald

Having experienced the ups and downs, the highs and lows of real estate, my 20+ years of experience will guide you towards making your real estate dreams a reality. In the past 10 years I've sold over 220 homes in our local market so I am very familiar with most neighborhoods in our area. With the blessing of a busy practice I formed my own team which gives my customers confidence that they always be able to access either myself or one of my two excellent team mates. Growing up in a military family I did a lot of moving as a young person and I remember, even for me, the stresses involved - so to have someone on your side guiding you through all the obstacles is a bonus! I absolutely love what I do and the challenge is what makes it fun for me. Winning for my customers is my goal.

Kimberlie is a great realtor, who is extremely knowledgeable about the local area, as a first time home buyer. She help guide me to find the perfect home for my own needs. Every home I was able to tour with her she pointed out several new things that I should keep in mind about either the property or the neighborhood. Whether that was restaurants in the area I should try, local parks I could on run in or areas of the property that looked neglected and might be points to push during negotiations. For example even though the property I purchased through Kimberlie was an aEURoeas isaEUR? sale. Kimberlie was able to convince the seller that they should repair part of the roof and have an electrician re-wire part of the house which wasnt to code. Kimberlie was a great realtor, who I plan to employ again in the future next time I sell this property/ buy a new home.Whether your a first time home buyer like me, looking for a place to retire or raise a family. Kimberlie is a great realtor to employ in the Southern Tampa Bay Area around Bradenton/ Lakewood Ranch, FL.
