About Kimberli Clements
I'm Kimberli Clements, better known as Kimi, and I'm proud to say that since 1996 I have been doing what I love! From the time I entered this industry, I have consistently been a multi-million-dollar producer every year. When it comes to representing my clients, I believe that education is incredibly important. As a result, I have worked to receive several designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representation, Seller's Representation, Certified Residential Specialist and The Graduate Realtor Institute. As a native of Milledgeville, I have a nuanced understanding of the market here. Having 5 children, and now 3 granddaughters, family is everything to me and that mentality carries over into everything I do. I enjoy running, working out, volunteering, and serving at my church. Most of my clients become my friends before we even close. I'm still amazed that I get paid to do what I love! My goal is simple- Making yours a reality! Best of all my brother Kyle Cullars has joined me in the last year coming on as part of my team. Two is always better than one!
Community Involvement
I'm involved a lot with my church. I'm a member of my local exchange club. I support the local pregnancy center and soup kitchen. I'm very involved with my children's school activities.
Hobbies/Interest
My first hobby is Real estate. I enjoy playing Pickleball biking and working out. I enjoy serving at my church.

I have 5 beautiful children which are all grown and 4 grandchildren.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I love all of my clients because I love helping people find what they are looking for whether it be a first time home, a nice lake home or an investor simply looking for a great investment. I enjoy serving my clients.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am fond of most all of my transactions as I feel I meet new people and develop lastimg relationships through them. I love nothing more than getting referrals from previous clients because I feel I have done a great job!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
As a single mom when I was 27 years old looking for a job that would help others and give me some flexibility to be a great Mom. I knew I enjoyed sales from being a cosmetic Sales manager and nothing makes me happier than helping others.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Reo training. Short sales training. Premier property training credited buyers agent training. SRR training and so much more. I believe strongly in education and continuing to learn my business.
