As a three-time BOLD participant, and E-PRO certified, I am dedicated in ensuring that each stage of the buying and selling process runs quickly and smoothly and that you are comfortable every step of the way. As a graduate of Loyola University in Finance and Business Management, and Pricing-Strategy certified (PSA), I am savvy in both financing and negotiations. I am not afraid to negotiate the contract of your home and will arrange financing on your behalf to ensure the property of your dreams in within your reach. I will oversee all home inspections and closing paperwork. When selling your home, I will work hard to ensure top dollar. I will guide you in any necessary staging of the home and can recommend simple repairs or cosmetic makeovers to make your property shine for potential buyers for a fast turn-around.
