We first met Kim when she helped our daughter sell her Trumbull home and purchase a new home in Monroe. Kim was so warm and kind, easy to talk to and she knew so much about the market and all of the surrounding towns. We knew that when we were ready to downsize from our Redding home, Kim would be the agent we would use. We were interested in new construction and Kim worked tirelessly to help us find new developments and homes to consider. When we finally found new construction in Monroe, Kim came with us to our meetings with the builder and was so helpful with her guidance and insight. We listed our Redding home with Kim and worked closely with both she and her partner Michael. They are a wonderful team to work with - so professional, so responsive, very kind and always available to help in any way needed. They were focused on helping us to sell our home as quickly as possible, knowing we needed to sell in order to have the funds for our new home that was being built. They were willing to have an open house almost every weekend to attract the right buyer for our home and helped us with tips for staging the house. Selling a home is stressful, as is building a new home, but working with Kim (and Michael) helped make this process so much easier. We closed on our new home today and Kim was there at the final walk through; she was with us from start (when we first walked the lot last winter) to finish (as we viewed the finished home today). Kim is a wonderful person and she is wonderful at what she does -- she and Michael love their work and it shows. I would highly recommend them to family and friends who are looking for the very best realtor team!

Kim was the one constant in our home selling and home buying process that spanned a little over 2 years. And we thank God that she was on our side every day, because not only did she bring us un-paralleled knowledge and guidance on Fairfield County real estate but she also (most importantly) was ALWAYS there for us. She helped us stage our Trumbull home and had it photographed beautifully to put up for sale, and she helped us to sell it in a matter of days for over-asking price. She stayed the course with us for almost 2 years as we also searched to try and find our new forever home . She was with us for all the highs and lows, until we had the ultimate high of finally winning our dream home in Monroe. She was always so loving and genuine with us and our kids, no matter the time of day. She treated our kids like we were all family, and now we consider Kim to be a part of our family.
