The main reason I worked with Kim is because she took a chance and worked with me. Let me explain, I was in another country when I got word that I was going to be moving. No big deal, I started searching realtors in the Lawton, OK area and emailed several explaining my situation. I wouldn't be back in the US for another few months, but I knew for sure I would be moving between X and X date of this year, so I wanted to start shopping properties and get a feel for the area etc. A few emailed me back asking for me details, what I wanted, how much land, etc. Out of all those realtors Kim was the only one to put me on a distribution list filtered to my specifications to let me know when a property was posted.When I got back stateside it was still a few months till my move, but Kim still took time and showed me houses and properties. Quite a few actually. She was forthright and honest about her opinions and our options for the property. How the land appeared and if she thought it was under, over, or at the appropriate asking price. She walked each property while facetiming with us so we got the best idea we could for not being there in person. She pointed out flaws she noticed in person and made sure to highlight and that we saw the issue. She did the same with things that she thought we might like. It was a pleasant experience every time we viewed a property with Kim. Once we settled on a home and started the negotiation process, she was full of ideas and contingencies that we could do and put into the contract to protect us from loopholes and any complications that may arise. She reviewed the inspection and walk-through with us over facetime and went page by page, item by item, discussing possibilities and just how important that particular issue could be. Kim and Chanda both did an absolutely amazing job at helping us with anything we asked of her and making sure we were protected while getting the best deal we possibly could. Chanda stayed on top of our group message between Kim, Chanda, my Wife and myself and let us know of any issues that arose or anything that needed our immediate attention. In conclusion, if you were to choose Kim for any of your Lawton area Real Estate needs. You won't be misled or put into any sort of predicament. You will get a fair and honest assessment of how the property feels. We most certainly "lucked out" ending up with Kim. We can't thank her enough!
