If you are looking for a home/selling a home in the Athens area, Kim Shupe is the agent to use! Kim is extremely knowledgeable about the Athens area and seems to know everyone! She is helpful, flexible, and creative. We met her during the housing crash in 2008 when she found our family a place to live while we built a home in Madison County. Last year, she helped my daughter find and buy her first home. In this competitive market, Kim developed an offer that the seller couldnt refuse! My daughter is in her dream home and the seller had the time they needed to build their new home. Currently, we are working with Kim to sell our home and my father-in-laws home. She assisted us in finding a place for multi-generational living and did so with great compassion, as leaving our homes was bittersweet. Kim has her clients best interest in mind, she is professional, and is very active serving her community. She is an asset to Madison County and Athens!
