Hi there, I'm Kim! I'm a southern belle at heart! Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia - I've called many southern Virginia cities and towns my home. Before my career in real estate, I worked as a Senior Electro/Mechanical Designer for a Department of Energy nuclear physics research lab called Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. So I'm a process person. You can always count on me for organization, attention to deadlines and excellent communication! I truly believe "it takes a village".
