I have local market knowledge (specific neighborhoods, etc) and broader market knowledge (interest rates, market trends) and work hard to be the expert and guide my clients from start to finish. I work as both a listing agent and a buyer's agent. In each scenario, negotiation skills are critical. My work history as Board of Director/Vice President at International Banking Technologies prepared me for what is required in negotiating Real Estate contracts. The negotiation starts with the offer and does not end until a house closes. Negotiation skills are needed throughout the inspection process (Amendment to Address concerns),, appraisal, etc. I have resided in the metro Atlanta area for over 30 years. I graduated from Georgia State University (Atlanta) with a degree in Business Management. I have assisted clients throughout most of the metro Atlanta area, as well as Lake Lanier property. I am an active member of Suwanee Woman's Club - a local service organization that helps Forsyth County residents in need. I am a member of 400 North Board of Realtors and was recently honored with the Circle of Excellence distinction. I put my clients first and work hard to accommodate their needs. My clients depend on me to go the extra mile and help them with all aspects of the Real estate business. My husband and I moved to Gainesville at the end of 2020 and we were in search of a house for almost 2 years. In the beginning of our search we used a realtor that did not meet our expectations and so, thankfully a family member referred us to David as they also used him for their recent home purchase. From the very first time we met David, and all the way to the very end of closing, David was extremely patient and communicative with us. He was always very professional and he never once said he was not available to show us a home. David never pushed us to purchase anything even though we looked at a lot of homes because the market was extremely competitive and we did not want to settle or get stuck with a home that we would regret in the future. I know that there are many realtors in the market, however, its rare to find a down to earth person that is passionate and motivated to get the deal done. David truly was accommodating and we will certainly be using him again in the future.

Kim was a great agent for us in our search for a home on Lake Lanier. Her knowledge of the real estate market specifically on the lake was very helpful.
