From the beginning, Kim was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, highly responsive, clearly very experienced, honest, funny, kind, and had our best interest in heart at all times. She actually took the time to educate us on the entire process, never rushing and always giving us her full attention. Being in the military, I move around a lot and I really count on my realtors to know the "law of the land" so to speak. With such a unique property, Kim certainly did not disappoint in her knowledge of things that probably aren't commonly dealt with. Furthermore, her appraisal expertise really benefited us in many ways.Todd came out to photograph the home and I couldn't be more pleased with the way he showcased things. The pictures turned out AMAZING. My home was very unique with a special rock wall inside of an alcove that was not well lit. Unfortunately, I forgot to turn the hidden overhead light on when it was time for Todd to come take the pictures and I was shocked when the pictures came out bright and well lit. He is clearly a professional photographer who knows what he's doing, what lighting he needs to use, where he needs to place the camera as well as taking care to place items in the house in the exact best spot for photos. The aerial photos he took really showcased the entire property providing prospective buyers a very detailed view of where their new home could be. We were extremely happy with the personalized website they created for our home. From the perfectly and poetically written listing description, to the beautiful design of the website itself with both pictures AND video, we couldn't be more happy. In fact, we still look at it from time to time fondly remembering such a special home. It's easy to see why our listing got so much attention as well as multiple offers immediately.We truly feel that we hit the realtor jackpot with these two. We were so touched when we moved on to our new place and received notice that they made a charitable donation to a local children's hospital fund in our name! There's a reason that the Real Estate Ruhls have all 5 star reviews with at least 234 reviews at this time. Look no further than Kim and Todd Ruhl, you won't be disappointed!
