She was incredibly accommodating and struck a very fine balance between allowing us to handle what we needed to handle, and stepping in to handle things when it got a little overwhelming. She did what she needed to do so make sure everything checked out (even crawled down into the crawlspace to check something). She was ALWAYS prompt to return a call. In the end, we got more for our house than we originally hoped and sold it almost to the day by our extremely optimistic deadline.

She was prepared, knowledgeable, and knew how to get us the profit we were hoping for. She is really kind and went above and beyond in certain situations to make our lives easier. The only thing that I'll say is that I wish she had updated us on showings and the going ons of the whole process a little more. Thats only because im the kind of person who gets comfort in knowing every detail even though im paying someone else to handle that stress for me. She only gives information once she has something concrete to share, which is perfectly understandable. I really enjoyed working with her, and she was able to secure a profit for us above and beyond what we were hoping for. She did a great job!
