Easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable, understanding, and professional, she is great at listening to concerns and perfectly balancing meeting a client's desires while stepping in tactfully and assertively when necessary to help them make the smart moves when it comes to selling and buying, no pun intended. In our case, both times, we were working within a tight window and several moving parts for a move associated with military transfer orders. Of particular note, we had one of those pesky neighbors who seems to pop up all of a sudden and potentially interrupt a real estate transaction. Longer story but the short of it is that Kim shut it down and it was a non-issue moving forward.
