Rick was very professional & very knowledgeable of properties in North Carolina as well as Virginia. Rick always had a pleasant attitude & was quick to respond to many requests whether it was to schedule a showing or inquires about how a home could be remodeled/repaired to better fit our needs. There were 8 offers on the home we purchased. If it wasn't for Rick's quick response in submitting our offer and suggesting ways our offer would stand out from the others, we wouldn't have beat the other offers. When we decided to sell our home, Rick was the obvious choice. We hit it off with Rick upon our first meeting, as he is easy-going and possesses a good sense of humor. As a former builder/contractor, he brings that invaluable experience and credibility to selling real estate. Rick took EXCELLENT pictures of our home and property and had it up on the MLS and Facebook within a couple of days.
