If I could rate six stars I would. Kim's real estate expertise and local knowledge made all the difference for me, in a very tough seller's market. She never missed a beat, guided me with realistic expectations, communicated constantly, and helped me avoid numerous pitfalls in what could have been a lengthy purchasing process. She was especially helpful in the negotiations, setting me up for no surprises and showing me ways to optimize for my needs. I was so far in the weeds by closing, I didn't fully appreciate everything she was doing behind the scenes until thinking about it weeks later.
