I first met Kim Medeiros in 2015. She helped me buying my first house. 2022, I asked her to help me selling that same house. I both experience Kim expertise as buyer and seller agent. She is wonderful and very responsive. Whenever I had a question late at night, very early morning or on the weekend, I get my answer almost right away. I swear this lady never sleep or take a break ?? She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is honest, hard working, knowledgeable and trurstworthy. Im so glad I met her and trusted on buying and selling my house.

We listed our lot at LDP subdivision in February 2016. We selected Kim Medeiros from PMZ Realty, to be our realtor for this sale. Yet to see negotiation skills as we have not had any prospective buyers. Our home is unique to say the least. It is 20x20 and 4 stories high. We are located in rural/recreational area surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains but we are in the middle of a major drought and wild=fire season. Wwe believe Kim to be the most qualified in the area to get the job done.
