Kim is not trying to be the top volume agent, rather she is being herself, doing an impeccable job and loving life. She knows Des Moines pretty well and is patient and easygoing. We haven't completed our hunt with Kim yet, but she has showed us 20-30 homes and taught us a lot about what is out there and does a good job 'inspecting' properties, noticing important issues. Also it is just easy and enjoyable to spend 8 hours running around town looking at homes with her, which is a valuable feature in an agent. She slow-flips homes herself and so she knows a lot about investing, etc, has a contact for every need, etc. Highly recommended.
