We used Kim Martin to sell our home and to purchase our current home earlier this year and she was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. Right away, I knew that Kim put a lot of work into her listings- the pictures and videos posted online were fantastic and she had a strong social media presence. Kim made the process of selling our home incredibly easy and took extra steps other realtors dont (but should), like having a pro come out to video and photograph the home, staging the home prior to photos and videos, and getting feedback from her real estate team members. When we saw our listing we were blown away. It looked amazing and knocked out the competition. I had several people tell me that based on the pictures alone, our house would sell quickly and that was true. Our house was one of three on the market in our neighborhood and where ours sold within just a few months of being listed, the other two homes are still on the market. During the sell of our home, Kim was also looking for our perfect home to purchase. She gave recommendations of areas that she thought would benefit our young family. She also talked to us about taxes, schools and provided us with information concerning utilities in the different areas we were looking. Kim worked tirelessly on nights and weekends to help find us a home. On both sides of the deal, Kim walked us through every step of the closing process. She was there to answer all our questions and waylay any concerns. It couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Ive recommended Kim to everyone I know. Shes a true professional and genuinely looks out for your best interest. I think youd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
