From day ONE, they were prompt, professional, and know exactly what to do in what most see as a VERY confusing process. Trust their process, no matter how tedious, or work heavy it may seem, because these people are the real deal! We wondered about some of the requests they had, but followed their instruction, and had our house sold within 48 hours. And it was not an easier house to sell only being a 2 bed 1 bath sub 800 square foot house. They listened to our wants, and needs, gave realistic numbers and information through out the process.
