She really makes the process seamless and addresses any/all issues "head on" and immediately. She treated our purchase as if it was her purchase. We did have an HOA issue/concern after we closed escrow, when Janet's work is officially finished, but she skillfully tackled it and got things straightened out. The thing I really like about Janet, doing a home purchase is a very stressful period for most home buyers and I was stressed at times, but Janet has a very calming, reassuring nature about her which kept me calm and able to sleep at night!
