Working with Kim has been a real pleasure. She LISTENED and was able to see and market my property as I saw it, and not just as a listing to make a quick sale. She understood WHAT she was selling, and she also understood WHY it was being sold, and never lost sight of either. There were a few obstacles that we encountered when marketing the property (e.g., a nonfunctioning website, combining two parcels of land, etc.) but Kim is one of those people who can think outside the box and found solutions for each. I was not in a hurry to sell my property. Based on sales in the area, I believed it would take years to sell it so was very surprised when it only took a few months. Kim understood the emotions associated with my property and the conundrum that a quick sale brought, and never tried to pressured me to accept an offer in any way. The lack of pressure and her calmness helped me make the right decision. In February, the property was sold to people who appreciate what the property has to offer, and will take good care of it. It was a win-win result for everyone involved. I believe Kim always kept my best interest in the forefront, and working with her was truly a collaborative effort. Kim is a go-getter. She was working with many other clients, but she always made me feel like I was her number one priority. I would highly recommend Kim as a person and as a realtor.
