ZillowVERIFIEDKim Covino was amazing to work with. She recently sold our home in Winchester. If you live in Winchester, you've seen Kim Covino's signs everywhere. Well let me tell you, there is a reason Kim is the queen of Winchester real estate. When we first thought about selling our home, we reached out to Kim and she stopped by a few days later. When she told us what her projected minimum sale price was after a quick walk through we were floored. I almost argued with her and requested to list it lower than what she was suggesting because we wanted a quick sale. I'm quite glad I didn't because Kim sold our house well above the list price that I thought was crazy! She even negotiated for us to be able to stay in the house for an additional 30 days after the sale so we could avoid having to do a short term rental. Aside from the amazing sale price, Kim and her whole team were very easy to work with. She always got back to me quickly when I had a question whether it was 7AM or 10PM. We have young children and the whole team was very sweet with the kids whenever they came through and always willing to work around naps etc. The stagers did an amazing job. The photographer was clearly an expert and the house looked incredible online. I am actually a broker myself and for a moment I considered listing the house myself but I am so glad I didn't. I'm very sure Kim paid for herself AND added several hundred thousand dollars to our home price. Kim is a true professional and an expert in this area. If you're selling your house in Winchester, she is really the only choice. Thank you Kim!!!!
