This was my first time selling and buying a home, so Kim helped me understand the entire process, from staging, readiness for photos, and getting ready for a showing to getting all the paperwork in order, the inspection/walk through, and getting all the details wrapped up, Kim was there. She talked through my ideas of what might improve the chances for a sale, and helped me decide which to move forward with. She found homes for me to see as a buyer, gave me neighborhood insights, and encouraged me when I felt like I was never going to find the right house for me. She remained very communicative throughout the process, and advocated for me when I didn't know to advocate for myself.
