What can I say about Kim? She is the most amazing broker. I originally contacted her to help me purchase my first home back in 2015. My husband and I purchased our first home in La Jolla and we couldnt have done it without Kim. As first-time home buyers, we relied on Kims expertise to close the deal in todays highly competitive market and I cannot recommend her as a partner enough. Kim was very creative in her negotiation skills, knowing how to find attributes that the seller cared about and mix that with attributes we were more flexible on to come to the best agreement, without going over the price that we were comfortable meeting. From a style perspective, Kim never pressured us to go higher than we were comfortable, always explained the pros/cons of various terms & conditions for the sale, and then let us choose. We felt we could be entirely truthful with her because she was entirely on our side, trying to find the right home for us - not just trying to close on anything. She was also immediately responsive and saw *a lot* of houses with us because we were very careful buyers. She never seemed to lose steam despite how many months she spent searching with.
