I met Kim during the first week I came to the area. We were running on the Greenway and I was telling her that I needed to rent a place but wasn't having much luck. I didn't know she was an agent! She gave me her card and told me she knew of a perfect place for me and to call if my agent didn't work out. I did call her and she was right. The place she had for me was perfect and then not a year later she helped me buy a place in the same neighborhood. Kim took care of everything. I still contact her to get advice on services in the area! I highly recommend Kim!

Kim never gave up on believing my home would sell. I had some down times but she kept me going. She would call me as soon as any news developed on my home. She continued to be hopeful even during our terrible economy and houses were not selling. Kim called even on weekends with any bright news to share on the selling of my home. She is so easy to talk with and is a true "Southern Lady"!
