I can't say enough good things about Kim. She is truly great at her job. I had never had to sell a home before this one. It was due to the death of my sister. She kept me informed on everything. She told me what I needed to do . If I ever have to sell another home I will definitely call Kim.

Had the pleasure working with Kim to find my home. She went above and beyond in order to assist me in my home search. Kim was knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy, and a joy to work with! I was worried I would have to settle for a home that didnt meet all of my expectations given the time line I had, but Kim made sure to find the perfect fit for me! Even after my closing, she was more than willing to help answer questions regarding my home warranty! Could not recommend Kim more enough to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We believe that Kim started out as a Great Realtor but then as soon as she was contacted by a potential Buyer with a need for our type of home and the buyer had the money to purchase our home she quit working for us and started working for the Buyer. We believe she did not have our best interests in mind at that point. She never showed our home again and she did not do any of the Advertising she promised us she would do. Considering the final sale price was over $500,000 less that what we had originally listed the property for and she originally told us that her Commission would be adjusted if this happened we were VERY DISSAPOINTED in her actions towards us. We were never given any direction on what to do at the sale, for example no direction was given to us regarding the utilities, loan payoff, etc. We had to do everything on our own.. She seemed too busy to care about us at that point. We would absolutely Never Recommend her to anyone else and would also never recommed your Agency to anyone! As you can see we were definitely not happy with Kim Blasko!

Kim was great to work with, she helped me find two properties in the middle of a competitive summer market. She's more than happy to show you anything as well as aiding in the search herself. I enjoyed the fact that Kim never pushed anything on me for commission. If something was a deal breaker on a home she would steer me away. Most of us clock out after youre regular 9-5 job, but not Kim Blasko. From selling my first home to buying the next she was there around the clock 24/7 to answer any questions I had. I have dealt with many realtors and she is by far the best! The pride and dedication she puts towards selling and helping you look for a new home is something that is just hard to find in todays world. What I like about Kim the most is that she is very honest. She is not someone that is just trying to tell you what you want to hear. I will be putting my Canfield home up this fall and I cannot wait to deal with Kim again.
