aEURoeHONEST REVIEWaEUR?Just to be transparent right away, Kaydie was not only the realtor that got me into my first ever home, but shes also my big sister! I know virtually nothing about real estate. All I knew was that I wanted to own my own home. Kaydie offered her services and guaranteed that I will be a home owner. I was relieved to see Kaydie be as tenacious about business as shes been about everything else growing up. While she offered these services as my agent, she handled business like my big sister. I ran into all the same problems everyone does. Underwriters were a pain at times and when I found what I thought was my home, they would accept another offer! These are frustrating, but likely outcomes when going through the journey of home ownership. Thats why its so valuable to have a competent agent that can adapt and work around those hiccups. Trust me, you dont want to be doing the leg work yourself and deciphering what to do next. You want someone that you can look too like a little brother looks at his big sister when hes struggling! I am entirely confident that Kaydie Adair will look out for the same way as ive seen her do time and time again since I closed on my home. I would say what I appreciate most of all with Kaydie is her self awareness is exceptional. This is truly a premium strength for an agent to have. It allows her to be both gentle, yet downright cutthroat if necessary. Anybody can be ruthless, but few truly know when its time to be. This is somebody you want on your side working for you! Its simple, shes going to get the job done and you will feel like youre in good hands from start to finish!
