We actually started with Kim and Brian over a year ago. We started with a general discussion about selling and learned a lot from both of them. This June we were serious about selling ASAP. My husband and I worked with Kim and Brain for the sale of our home along with the purchase of a new one. When I met Kim for the first time, her experience and plan, along with suggested fixes that would help the house sell, gave us tremendous confidence. With Kims suggested updates, we were able to sell our house under a week for over asking price. While searching for our next home, Kim and Brian were tremendous! The Battermans were flexible and well-organized regarding houses to walkthrough. Both Kim and Brian were knowledgeable, bringing various highlights (and lowlights) to our attention. After having viewed three separate houses, Kim and Brian compared and contrasted the overall construction of each. Lastly, the closing on our new home was the most aEURoeuniqueaEUR? situation. We had many unexpected hurdles, resulting in our seller being unable to meet their obligation of the agreed upon closing date.
