Ms. Johnson was very knowledgeable. She provided information on comparable homes to enable us to make a decision on the fair market value. She was very responsive. She contacted us whenever she or the buyers agent had a question. We spoke constantly until the sale was finalized. She encouraged us to make decisions whenever the sellers had a request. We offered a house for sale, and were able to sell some adjacent lots per the buyers request. Tanya allowed us to decide if we wanted to sell.
