Khoi is an incredible agent. Hes a long time friend and although weve know his expertise, to actually experience it first hand was amazing. My wife and I have been looking for a home for about 3-4 years however never really took the initial steps to do so. This year (2024) we finally decided to actually take the necessary steps and commit ourselves. We reached out to Khoi and he made the experience so easy for us. He was diligent in finding us homes that he felt fit our priorities. When we actually started looking at houses, his expert analysis of the homes and building the actual value and potential the house was so vital in our decision making. He has so much knowledge homes and inspecting things that we wouldve otherwise missed. After we bid on our first house, we were super excited, tbh we had feelings of aEURoethis is it, we got this houseaEUR?. However, reality struck when we didnt get the house. Suprisingly after not getting our first home, it became discouraging. We saw a few other houses, but then price became an issue, as market value vs competitive pricing was a huge issue. This too added to our doubts. We kept expecting that finding a home in the OC would be challenging with what we could afford. We starting thinking that La county is where we would have to venture. However, then we stumbled on a home that was way in our budget, and although a fixer upper, he said, this has great value. We wanted to put in a little less that our max, however he suggested to go all in because you dont want to live in regret knowing you didnt put everything you could afford. So we did, and here we are. HOMEOWNERS. We cant thank Khoi and his team so much for working so diligently and making our dream come true. He truly is a master at his craft and you can tell his genuine love in helping people. His effort unbeatable and it shows. THANK YOU ??
