He very diligently and patiently showed me several properties, which helped me contextualize what I could afford, facilitated my understanding of the current local housing market overall, and allowed me to maximize my dollar while meeting all of my needs in finding me my next home. He was and still is always available to answer my questions, and always stayed ahead of the curve with keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He is an excellent communicator, and was a staunch advocate for me, helping me save several thousand dollars in my recent purchase. I never felt pressured to make decisions one way or the other, and he was always there to make sure that what I wanted was not only achieved but also in my best interests. This is the first property I've bought completely on my own, without a partner or co-signor. Kevin made what could have been a very scary process into one that went smoothly and expeditiously, even when unforeseen snags outside of my control occurred along the way. Kevin has many years of purposeful experience, and is a creative problem solver. It was a joy working with Kevin and I can't speak highly enough of his talent as a realtor, his heart as an advocate, and simply what a gem he is as a good person, which is so rare these days.
