ZillowVERIFIEDKevin Swift made the 1st time home buyer process HORRIBLE. If it wasnt for my relator Lori idk what I would have done. We had trouble with the loan process and neither him or his sellers were understanding. I had just finished dental hygiene school and was just starting my career. Each loan lender I had wasnt able to qualify me ONLY for 1 reason and its because I hadnt been at my full time position for 90 days. After my 3rd loan lender I was able to qualify without 90 day pay stub. We agreed to the sellers crediting us 5,000 for new roof and adding the additional payment to our monthly mortgage. (Even though sellers should of payed for it) They couldnt wait ONE MORE WEEK to close due to the holidaysaEUR| this was suppose to be our 1st home and instead of talking it out with my loan lender or realtor; Kevin made the comment on the day we were suppose to close that aEURoeif we dont close today then we are backing out.aEUR? He wouldnt even speak to my relator on the phone. He was very unprofessional, unfair, and inconsiderate.
