The short version:I tend to have high expectations when it comes to the service level of professionals I work with, and Kevin consistently exceeded them. It's hard for me to imagine someone more phenomenal at representing his client through the process of buying or selling a home.The long version:For my spouse and I, the goal was finding a house we loved that we could see being in long term, not needing to move on any timeline. This meant looking at A LOT of houses. Kevin was extremely patient with us through all of that, he never pressured us to make a decision or made us feel that we were wasting his time. In fact he even encouraged us to reach out so we could look at "maybes" when we were having difficulty finding the right thing and not feel bad about it. As we were viewing prospective houses, I felt that Kevin had a great balance of letting us formulate our own opinions and decisions, but also knowing when to step in with some relevant feedback based on his experience. We so appreciated feeling that he always had our best interests in mind. Any question we asked he had an answer or made an effort to find it for us.When we were finally ready to make an offer on a home I was again impressed with his patience and expertise. He spent about 2 hours with us putting together our first offer, making certain that we understood every part of the process, what each aspect meant, and enabling us to put our best foot forward. He took as much time as we needed, never making us feel rushed, through every additional discussion necessary during the negotiation. He was also impressively knowledgeable with strategy and I believe his experience and high level of skill here was a key reason that we ultimately got the house we wanted over multiple other interested parties.When our offer was accepted, Kevin didn't sit down and pat himself on the back, he kept working diligently to make sure we understood what needed to happen and on what timeline for all of our inspections and other milestones. He was there for every appointment to be supportive and a voice in our corner making certain we were represented. He went above and beyond being thoughtful in small ways like bringing a tape measure to our walkthrough so we could check sizing for furniture, to big things like pushing for an additional inspection on a basement wall that may have been questionable, negotiating an opportunity for us to remove some drywall to have an expert review, and coming prepared with his own tools to do the removal. Even after closing, he checked in to make sure the property was in the condition we expected and offered to help out if something had occurred such as leaving behind a large appliance that was unexpected and we didn't have the means to haul away ourselves.It's clear that for Kevin, he truly cares about his clients and is giving 110% for them. When we are ready to sell our previous home in a few months I wouldn't work with anyone else.Thanks Kevin for making our experience so exceptional!
