Josh was excellent to work with! If you are a first time buyer, give him a call. I'm sure he can assist and do a great job whether you're buying your first home or 10th home but he made us feel very comfortable as first time buyers. The home buying process seemed very foreign and intimidating but Josh answered every one of my annoying questions at all hours. Helped point us in the direction of a great mortgage lender. He was there every step of the way!! He knows his stuff, you can't go wrong working with him.

Josh was absolutely amazing we couldnt have asked for a better realtor during our first home experience!
