ZillowVERIFIEDKevin is a family man and hard working ,However his communication was poor.He did not include me in important details I should have been involved in . His responsiveness was very delayed , His communication was 99 percent text and would not explain things to me . leaving me with lots of questions .Many times he would be irritable if I asked him pertinent questions . finally my home sold at 10 am and he did not let me know of the offer till after 7 pm . He yelled at me once over the phone . I then felt guilty for taking his time to help me . I would never hire him a gain .How ever he did seem to be knowledgable but did not educate me along the way.He Also made promises he never meant to keep . like find some one to move me and put sod in me yard
