This resulted in allowing us to make an offer to help our daughter buy her first home in a very competitive market. These girls are the real deal in handling every aspect of the process. They are a team and their team approach can't be beat. I learned a different avenue of purchasing realestate in these tough markets. She was beyond experienced in every matter knowing how hard and when to push for more concessions and communicated with me daily, hourly, and even extremely late into the night to make sure all info was communicated and we had the best buying strategy.
