ZillowVERIFIEDI have purchased many properties as an investor over the years as well as my personal properties. In this case I started out as i always do by trying to contact the listing agent and represent myself to cut the buyers agent out of the equation in an effort to gain a little more in the purchasing price. In this case, I hit the wrong button on the zillow site but that was no mistake in the end. I was connected with Maggie Oaks-Ermis who showed us a property and when the property we eventually found on Zillow, Maggie and Sara White quickly got us ahead of the line of other buyers making it possible to do a virtual tour and immediately set up a live viewing prior to any other realtor. This resulted in allowing us to make an offer to help our daughter buy her first home in a very competitive market. These girls are the real deal in handling every aspect of the process. They are a team and their team approach can't be beat. I learned a different avenue of purchasing realestate in these tough markets. You have to react quickly and these two professionals do just that. Thanks again ladies and the Christmas gift card for dinner was the icing on the cake.
