Great patience with me as a first time home buyer. I do think we might?ve missed some opportunities to put offers in on other homes (due to delayed viewing procedures and perhaps a hefty load of clientele this past summer) but I believe it worked out just as it should have and I very much appreciate this house as a first time purchase. I couldn?t be in the area during the house hunting process but Alex was very responsive and gave good vibes in all of his responses via email, text, call, and FaceTime.
