Ben was great. He was incredibly fast to respond to anything we needed, especially during the offer stage. We were buying from out of state and he made sure that he was available and got showings set up for the only weekend we could be there, then did FaceTime walkthroughs in situations where we could not be there. When the sellers did not want to accept our initial offer, he showed multiple examples of other comparable condos recently sold as a way to negotiate and increase likeliness for the sellers to accept. After that we had an unexpected issue with the HOA forms and our lender, and Ben was able to help us get through that very quickly. Very nice guy and did a great job helping us buy our first condo!
